Refund Policy

Most refunds here happen without you asking for them. This page says which, and which do not.

1.Refunded automatically, no request needed

These cases are handled by the system the moment they are detected, and the refund appears in your order history on the tracking page:

  • Failed placement. Payment was taken but our delivery network would not accept the order. Refunded in full.
  • Partial delivery. The network delivered less than the ordered quantity and reported the shortfall. The undelivered share is refunded proportionally.
  • Cancelled by the network. Where the delivery network cancels an accepted order, it is refunded in full.
  • Accepted cancellation. Where you cancel a cancellable order before delivery has progressed, the order is refunded in full.

2.Refunded on request

Email support@boostlix.com with your order ID for these:

  • An order that has not started at all, well beyond the start time stated on the service page, and where the delivery network confirms it will not run.
  • An order placed against the wrong target where delivery has not yet begun. We will try to stop it, though we cannot promise the network will let us.
  • A duplicate charge for a single order.
  • A refund that should have been automatic under the section above but has not appeared after seven working days.

3.Not refundable

The common thread is that the service was delivered, or that the reason it was not delivered was within your control:

  • Units that have already been delivered, including where you later changed your mind.
  • Delivery that stopped because the target account, page, channel or post was made private, deleted or restricted mid-order.
  • An order placed against the wrong link where delivery has already happened. The units went somewhere, and we cannot pull them back.
  • Drops in a count after delivery finished on a service that has no refill window. This is stated on every service page before you pay.
  • Any action taken against your account, content or channel by a social media platform.
  • Dissatisfaction with an outcome we never promised, such as reach, engagement, sales or algorithmic placement.

4.Refills instead of refunds

Where a service carries a refill window, a drop below the delivered quantity inside that window is covered by a refill rather than a refund. The refill button appears on your tracking page once the order is eligible, and the window length is stated on the service page.

Refills top up the shortfall against what was delivered. They do not extend the original order beyond the quantity purchased.

5.How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through our payment gateway to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account or UPI ID.

Once issued, settlement typically takes five to seven working days for cards and net banking, and is often faster for UPI. The timing after we issue the refund is controlled by your bank, not by us.

6.Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, email us first. We refund quickly where a refund is due and we would rather do that than argue with a bank. A chargeback raised on an order that was delivered will be contested with the order record and delivery evidence.
